You’re granted non-exclusive limited license to use the products sold through our website (http://www.sanskript.com) by Sanskript Solutions, Inc (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.
1. Product Licensing & Usage
All our WordPress themes, plugins and extensions are licensed under the Split License Agreement – GNU general public license and Sanskript Single Site License. This license applies to the item’s WordPress PHP code. Other assets that are a part of the item may not be covered by the GPL
An individual site license is required for updates and support.
2. Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment, your SoldPress Subscription or Individual Product information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 24 hour. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website.
3. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Sanskript. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
4. Refund Policy
SoldPress is non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods. Because of the nature of digital goods, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.
5. Support
Sanskript offers these products “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.
4. Price Changes
Sanskript reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our individual product prices at any time without prior notice.
Prices of our monthly subscription plan, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Sanskript website.
5. Warranty
Sanskirpt does not provide any warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we can not guarantee that Sanskirpt products will work with all browser combinations.

We track basic usage of our themes through PressTrends through an opt-in in the themes Framework Settings. When enabled, the PressTrends code tracks the following information: number of posts published, number of comments, blog name, theme version, site URL, and the number of plugins. View PressTrends Privacy Policy for more information. The PressTrends tracking code does NOT track any personal or user information
